Please let me inform you that Paul and Yasser met seven interviewees in Shimane University, most of whom Dr Hemanth Noothalapati, Raman Center for Medical and Biological Applications, had kindly introduced. They had a talk with Professor Akira Deguchi, Vice-President in charge of internationalisation and Director of the Centre for International Exchanges.
After working, they visited Matsue Castle and Izumo Grand Shrine, one of shrines with the longest history in Japan. Then, we had convivial dinner. It is appreciated that they have spent fruitful time in Shimane with warm support by Dr Hemanth, Professors Harumi Ao and Li En from the Center for International Exchanges, and it may be a beginning point of continuous communications of both Universities in the future.
